Qualifications :
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Has excellent computer skills and is able to learn Patient Services software programs as well as other related programs.
- Has completed online training with Training Manager, as well as on-the-job training.
- Is competent in crisis counseling and management.
- Is able to manage a volunteer program with a teamwork approach to complete tasks.
- Possesses some public speaking skills and high quality telephone etiquette.
- Agrees with RealOptions’ Statement of Principle, Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and Philosophies of ministry and service.
- Has sincere desire to reach out to women, men, and their families in unplanned pregnancies, especially the abortion-vulnerable and abortion-minded.
